Shoe Sole Injection

Polyprime® PVC and Lacoflex® SBS thermoplastic compounds are ideal for shoe sole injection moulding in both casual and safety footwear. These materials combine abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and phthalate-free formulations with stable colour options.

Available in matte, crystal, and opaque finishes, they provide the consistent flow and processing reliability needed for efficient production and long-lasting performance.

Full Shoe and Boots Injection

Lacoflex® SEBS and Polyprime® PVC compounds provide the mechanical and aesthetic characteristics required for full shoe and boot injection.

SEBS solutions ensure elasticity, impact resistance, and dimensional control, making them suitable for medical shoes, fins, and equestrian use.

PVC grades support complete footwear moulding with colour stability, oil resistance, and sustainable options through recycled-content formulations.
